I lead User Experience Design at Urban Ladder, an omnichannel furniture and decor retailer, where my work has spanned multiple platforms - the website, the mobile app, VR, AR, and retail.
I have worked on
1. multiple features to improve usability and conversions in the existing platforms (desktop, m-web and apps).
2. exploring newer channels (AR, VR and 3D) to enhance the experience for the customer, enabling her to take quicker decisions.
