Process
The storytelling module was a testament to the foundation laid during the first six weeks at NID. The core of the module was to convey a story outlining the concepts learned during those six weeks, using the basic steps involved in the creation of a film.
I personally chose to explore the world of animation.
All the characters and assets were modeled from scratch owing to the development phase in the filmmaking process. The pre-production phase predominantly involved storyboarding, colouring and styling. Animation and FX comprised most of the production phase. And finally, sound effects, music and credits were added in the post production phase, rendering a sublime animation short.
